Fall Tuition Details:

• Rec/Prep students are committed on a month-to-month basis. Company students are committed by dance year (beginning of August through Nationals in July).

• Tuition rates are an average monthly amount and do not change based on the number of weekdays per month.

• ​A one-time $25 registration fee per Rec/Prep family per year will be charged during the first month of classes. A $25 audition fee per Company dancer per year will be charged in place of a registration fee.

• For families with multiple students: the total number of hours is calculated separately per student. The 2nd student's tuition is discounted 25%, the 3rd and 4th students' tuition is discounted 50%.

• ​Monthly tuition is due by the 1st of each month beginning on September 1st. The final tuition payment will be on May 1st. Statements are e-mailed on the 15th of the previous month.

• A valid credit or debit card must be registered on all Payment Portal accounts. Any unpaid balances past the due date will be automatically charged to the primary card on file on the 8th of the month. If all registered cards decline, the primary contact will receive an e-mail requesting updated payment information within one week. Failure to resolve outstanding balances by the 15th will result in a $25 late fee. No exceptions. Dancers with unpaid tuition by the last day of the month will be unable to attend any further classes.

• There are no refunds for missing classes. Makeup classes may be taken as long as a similar class style and age group is offered.

• A $20 fee will be charged for any returned checks. All statement balances can be paid via cash, check, credit card, or debit card.
