This past weekend marked a significant event for CSDS as our full Company participated in its inaugural competition at StarQuest in Youngstown, OH. Our dancers showcased their exceptional talents and strengthened team bonds, especially through our Big/Little program. It's evident that these relationships are blossoming. Our Company dancers spent quality time together, offering support, sharing advice, and creating long-lasting memories.
Center Stage took home several top overalls and awards, most notably winning three Apogee Awards for the highest-scoring group in each division. We also received the Classic and Select Studio of Excellence Awards for achieving the highest combined top-five group scores per division.
A special congratulations to Alicia Li and Brynn Luke for being recognized as our Company Dancers of the Weekend. Their dedication, passion, and exemplary performances stood out to our teaching staff, who awarded them this distinction.
